Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct
As organizers of ENTER21, we are committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all participants of this event. All participants including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff members and service providers, are expected to observe well-recognized netiquette and abide by this Code of Conduct.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal abuse aimed toward any attendees, speakers, and staff. Verbal abuse refers to any inappropriate verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendees or staff of the event.
- Disruption of presentations or any other events. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any event staff.
- Distribution of promotional materials, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services through presentations or other activities.
We reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior.
